Standard Album QR links are sharing links for an album. Where supported, the album owner may regenerate or revoke a Standard Album QR/link. Permanent Memorial QR links are different: they are designed to remain unchanged and are suitable for permanent printed memorial products. Regenerating a Standard Album QR does not change the Permanent Memorial QR destination.

Supported image and video formats, maximum file sizes, and total upload allowances depend on the package purchased. The website checks uploaded files using server-side validation, so unsupported or mislabelled files may be rejected even if the filename extension appears valid.

No. When guest uploads are enabled for your album, guests can use your shared link or QR code to add their photos and videos without creating an account. The album owner remains in control of the gallery.

Yes. Precious Moments is suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, corporate events and many other occasions where you would like to collect memories in one shared gallery.

Yes. The Celebration of Life package is designed for memorial services and tributes, allowing families to preserve photos, videos and messages in a respectful digital gallery.

You can share your album using a private link or QR code. Guests can scan the QR code with their phone to view the gallery and, if enabled for your package, upload their own memories.

Yes. Packages include media downloads so you can keep a personal copy of the memories collected in your gallery.

Albums are private by default and are shared only through your unique link or QR code. You choose who receives access, making it simple to share memories with the people who matter most.

Yes. Your QR code can be displayed on signs, invitations, table cards or order of service materials so guests can easily scan and open the gallery from their phone.

Your package includes access for the period shown at purchase. Before the end of that period, we recommend downloading any photos and videos you would like to keep permanently.
