Keep the headline direct
Examples include “Share your photos with us”, “Scan to upload photos and videos” or “Help us collect memories from today”.
Mention that no app is needed
If space allows, add “No app required” so guests know scanning opens a simple browser upload page.
Add a friendly note
For weddings: “We would love to see the day through your eyes.” For birthdays: “Share your favourite party moments.” For memorials, use gentle wording such as “Share a memory or photo”.
Do not overfill the sign
