Where to Place QR Codes at Your Wedding
Ideas for placing wedding photo sharing QR codes where guests are likely to notice them.
Reception entrance or welcome sign
A welcome sign is useful because most guests pass it on arrival. Make sure lighting and height make scanning comfortable.
Guest tables
Small A6 cards can work well on tables because guests can scan while seated. Keep the wording short.
Bar, photo booth and guestbook table
These are natural gathering points. A5 or A4 signage may be easier to notice in busier areas.
Avoid clutter
Do not place QR codes where they compete with too many other signs. Clear space around the code improves scan reliability.
